We are looking for a labourer to join our growing hardscape team. Our work includes walkways, patios, step systems, and general landscaping. This role is best suited for someone who takes pride in their work ethic and communication, enjoys problem-solving, and is comfortable working outdoors in all conditions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the construction of hardscape projects while learning about the Higher Ground installation process.
• Physical labour such as running wheelbarrows, hauling material, installing interlock.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Collaborate with team members.

Qualifications & Expectations

• Experience in landscape construction is an asset.
• Proficiency with basic hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and wheelbarrowing.
• Self-starter with problem-solving skills.
• Punctual, reliable, and a good communicator.
• Work well in a team setting.
• Ability to work in varying weather conditions.
• Safety certifications: WHMIS required (training available if not current). First Aid certification is recommended.
